Thrare  ›  Teaming and joint pursuits

A teaming partner that owns its workshare.

Certification gets a firm onto a team. Delivery is what keeps it there. We are set up to be the second one.

What we bring

Certification, and something to put behind it.

DBE and ACDBE through the Georgia UCP for GDOT and MARTA, current through 2 May 2027, plus MBE. Held certifications only. HUBZone and 8(a) are being pursued and are never represented as held.

Defined workshare

A written scope for our portion, so the split is unambiguous at proposal stage rather than at closeout.

Our own quality control

Inspection criteria, deficiency log and corrective action on our workshare, reported into your process.

Documentation

Acceptance evidence and invoice support collected for the workshare and handed to your project controls.

Federal readiness

CAGE 9JAV8, UEI Z4WKS4UE8NJ6, SAM active to 24 June 2027, E-Verify authorized since July 2025.

An honest note

On DBE goal credit.

We will not tell you a percentage before we have read the solicitation.

Whether our participation counts toward a contract goal depends on the solicitation and the agency rules that apply to it, and the federal rules in this area changed in 2025. We confirm the specific solicitation before making any representation about credit.

What is not conditional: the certifications are held and current, the insurance is in place, and the federal registrations are active. Those you can verify without asking us.

Straight answers

What primes ask.

What scopes would you take on a team?

Concrete and flatwork first, then striping, debris and hauling, property preservation, exterior cleaning and materials or recycling logistics. Those are the scopes we self-perform.

What is on the record?

The documented past performance is listed on the past performance page with its sources, including $199,000+ supplied to Fulton County Public Works. The contract role is stated in every proposal, and we will produce the contract file for an active pursuit.

How quickly can you turn a proposal?

Fast, provided the workshare is defined. What we will not do is price a scope we have not read.

Workshare

What our share looks like on the ground.

On a joint pursuit the question is not whether a partner is certified. It is whether their share of the work shows up.

Request a project fit review.

Tell us the property, the scopes, the timing, and the role you need us in. If it fits, we walk the property and come back with a written scope, a schedule and a number, at no cost to you for the walk. If it does not fit, we will tell you that instead of quoting it.

PDF, Word, Excel, image or ZIP, up to 8 MB. Submitted documents are used only to scope your project. They pass through our website form processor in transit and are not published or sold. If the upload fails, send the file to [email protected] with your company name.

We aim to reply to every submission within one business day, from a person. Prefer to talk first? Call 678-748-3578.
