Rare Earth Ltd is a Black-owned contracting company based in Stone Mountain, Georgia. We started with a simple idea: build a company that does real work, does it well, and uses technology to operate at a level that companies ten times our size struggle to match. We are not a franchise. We are not backed by private equity. We are an independent, minority-owned business built from the ground up by people who believe that small companies can compete with anyone if they execute with precision and refuse to cut corners.
Our name is intentional. Rare earth elements are the materials that make modern technology possible — they are in every smartphone, every electric vehicle, every wind turbine, and every defense system. They are essential, undervalued, and mostly controlled by supply chains that the United States does not own. We see a parallel with minority-owned businesses in the contracting world: essential to the economy, undervalued by the market, and capable of far more than the opportunities typically offered. Our pressure washing and exterior cleaning division serves residential homeowners, commercial property managers, apartment communities, restaurants, and government facilities across metro Atlanta. We clean buildings, driveways, roofs, parking lots, and every other exterior surface that Georgia's climate tries to destroy. This is our bread and butter — the revenue engine that funds everything else. We bring commercial-grade equipment, trained crews, and a level of professionalism that the pressure washing industry rarely delivers. Commercial clients get documentation, COIs, and recurring programs. Residential clients get results that their neighbors notice.
Atlanta generates millions of tons of construction waste every year. Most of it goes to landfills. We believe that is a failure of imagination. Our recycled aggregate and recycled gravel operations turn demolished concrete into construction-grade base material that performs as well as virgin quarry products at lower cost with a fraction of the environmental impact. Our concrete recycling services help demolition contractors divert waste from landfills while saving on disposal costs. Every ton recycled is a ton that does not fill a hole in the ground.
This is where the company name becomes literal. The United States imports over 80% of its critical minerals — the rare earth elements, gallium, germanium, and other materials that are essential to national defense, semiconductor manufacturing, and clean energy technology. Our critical minerals program focuses on recovering these materials from recycled sources — electronic waste, industrial byproducts, and end-of-life products — rather than depending on foreign mines. We have engaged with federal funding opportunities and are building the partnerships needed to scale domestic recovery operations.
We are registered in SAM.gov, hold CAGE Code 9WLQ2, and maintain MBE/DBE certifications that qualify us for government set-asides and diversity participation requirements. Our government services span facility maintenance, fencing, property management support, recycled materials supply, and critical minerals — giving us a presence in multiple federal procurement categories.
Technology is our force multiplier. We use automated systems to track opportunities, manage proposals, coordinate outreach, and monitor every aspect of our operations.
