The vendor packet
Tick the box on the fit review form and it comes with the reply.
The packet contains the W-9, a current certificate of insurance, the certification documents, and a capability statement. Insurance is evidenced by the certificate rather than by a public directory, which is why we send it rather than link it.

An honest note
Certification status and contract credit are two different things. The certifications above are held and current. Whether participation counts toward a goal on a specific contract depends on that solicitation and the agency rules that apply, and the federal rules changed in 2025. We confirm before representing anything.
Certifications
Kept separate on purpose. Blurring the two is how a prime ends up with a participation problem at award.
The distinction most capability statements blur. Keeping it sharp is cheaper than explaining it at award.
