Multiple vacant buildings in Macon, GA needed to be fully secured. Windows were broken out, doors were missing or damaged, and the site was open to trespass and weather damage. The client needed every opening boarded and the entire property locked down to prevent further deterioration and liability exposure.

Multiple buildings means multiple access points. We inventoried every opening across every structure before cutting a single sheet of plywood.
Before any work started, we walked every building and documented every window, door, and access point. Created a cut list for materials so nothing was missed and no time was wasted making extra trips.
Plywood cut to spec for each opening. All boards fastened with appropriate hardware, countersunk, and sealed. Each building cleared from top to bottom, front to back. Photo documentation at every stage.
Beyond the board-ups, we secured all perimeter access points, removed debris that could be used to breach the property, and ensured the site was locked down against unauthorized entry. Final walkthrough confirmed 100% coverage.
