I was the most-recent owner and found this project to be more challenging than normal - especially after I was informed by other pros that my outdoor faucets had insufficient water pressure to clean the house sufficiently. My home’s front is brick, but the sides and back are vinyl-sided. Eric took the time to explain that he would be able to do a soft wash which would not require high water pressure. The back of the house, which includes a screened-in patio, was absolutely filthy. My primary goal was removal of all the dirt & grime plus any algae & mildew. A dirty house has a zero curb appeal. Eric did an outstanding job. I am very impressed with his knowledge & the pride he takes in his work. I even had him clean the inside of the screened-in patio which is now sparkling clean.
